NaturalRewards Membership Terms

NaturalRewards is a monthly membership program offered by NaturalShopStore ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining NaturalRewards, you agree to these Membership Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

As a NaturalRewards member, you receive:

• Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
• 15% discount on all products storewide, applied automatically at checkout.
• Early access to new product arrivals and promotional sales.

Benefits are for your personal use only and may not be resold or transferred.

NaturalRewards costs $39.95 per month. Your membership begins immediately upon signup, and you will be billed on the same date each month.

We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card $39.95 each month until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may reattempt the charge up to two additional times within 7 days. If all attempts fail, your membership may be suspended until payment is resolved.

You may cancel your NaturalRewards membership at any time through:

• Our general cancellation page at naturalshopstore.com/cancel
• Contacting customer support at support@naturalshopstore.com or (844) 308-2059

Cancellation is effective immediately. However, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

No phone call, chat session, or additional steps are required to cancel. Cancellation can be completed with a single click on the membership management page.

Membership fees are non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain your benefits for the remainder of that billing period.

We reserve the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with at least 30 days' written notice sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel before the new terms take effect.

We may terminate your membership if you violate these terms, our Terms of Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, benefits will cease immediately and no refund will be provided.
